Enable Client Credentials Flow
- open Setup and type "OAuth and OpenID Connect Settings" in the search box
- click OAuth and OpenID Connect Settings
- in the newly opened page, select the toggle button next to Allow Authorization Code and Credentials Flows
- This enables the integration to utilize the client credentials from the connected app for authorization in your org
