Quote Sync
Whenever a Quote (created via the Ofca Quote button) is created or updated in Ofca, an event is sent to Salesforce containing quote data
If a Quote, coming from Ofca contains products which have not been synced with Salesforce, the system will sync the missing products automatically, guaranteeing that all Quotes are synced completely.
- Synced Quotes are also managed in Ofca and cannot be modified directly from Salesforce
- Quotes synced from Ofca cannot include Products created directly in Salesforce
