Product Sync

Whenever a product is created or updated in Ofca, an event is sent to Salesforce containing product data.

  • Synced products are managed exclusively in Ofca, meaning they cannot be modified directly from Salesforce
  • Products in Salesforce serve only to be included in Quotes via Line Items
  • Products synced from Ofca cannot be added to Quotes created directly in Salesforce

After installing the managed package, the Ofca Control Panel enables you to sync all Tariffs, Options and Hardware from Ofca into Salesforce. To load all Ofca Products into Salesforce, follow these steps:

  • click the App Selector and type "Ofca Control Panel" in the search box

  • click Ofca Control Panel
  • in the application, click Load Products

  • once the proccess is done, the status should be Completed

  • all Ofca Products should be visible in Salesforce
