Modify Quote Status Values
- open Setup and click on Object Manager
- type "Quote" in the search box
- click Quote
- open the Fields & Relationships tab and type "Status" in the search box
- click Status
- click New in the Status Picklist Values section
- Add the following values:
- Prepared
- Sent
- Won
- Lost
- Cancelled
- click Save
- deactivate all values apart from the following:
- Draft
- Prepared
- Sent
- Won
- Lost
- Cancelled
